The kitchen is bright and well equipped and has room for eating whilst the second floor dining room is spacious and can seat up to eight people The lounge has a stunning picture window with sweeping vistas over the bay and a sofa bed for occasional use. There are four elegant third floor bedrooms and a large, well-appointed bathroom with a separate shower and a further cloakroom on the second floor. Outside is a small enclosed garden with garden furniture and the town’s amenities are a three minutes walk away. This townhouse offers accommodation that is a little different and makes a great base for a holiday.

Full gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, stereo/CD, library of books and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on a first come first served basis. Small, enclosed garden with garden furniture. Two well behaved pets welcome at a charge of £15 per pet, per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: The owners require a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £25 per person, including children. |
